The following terms and conditions apply to our money back promise

1. Eligibility criteria

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.


a. Applies to nspa Expert skincare products only.


b. Claimant’s personal details will only be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and for no other purposes.


c. In order to claim a refund, you must:


i. be a UK customer; and


ii. have purchased the nspa Expert product through one of our licensed retailers and be able to provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation). Original itemised till receipt(s) required and must be dated. Photocopies will not be accepted. Till receipt(s) must not be altered or tampered. If they are, the receipt(s) will be deemed invalid.


d. Our licensed retailers are ASDA, Nirvana Spa, online at Spaathome.co.uk.


e. You are entitled to claim a refund once in respect of one pack of each product in the nspa Expert range, subject to a maximum limit of three refunds per customer. This means that once you have bought and tried one pack of a product, and then obtained a refund, you are not entitled to claim any further refunds where you purchase that product again.


f. 4 weeks use based on daily application as advised in the ‘Directions for use’.


g. You must have used sufficient product for at least 4 weeks use, but a claim cannot be made on empty packaging. Each product should last approximately 3 months with appropriate use.


h. Product must be returned in original packaging.


i. You must claim your refund within 1 calendar year of the date of purchase.


j. Claims cannot be made via any retailer or in store, but through the contact details noted below.


k. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery to the Promoter. No responsibility can be taken for applications that have been lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post.



2. Exclusions


a. The refund is limited to the price paid for the product and does not include any delivery or return postage costs.


b. Money Back Guarantee does not extend to any other product in the nspa Expert range.


c. Employees and their families of Mibelle Group and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Guarantee.


e. nspa’s decision is final. nspa reserves the right to reject any application which fails to meet the eligibility criteria.


3. How to claim your refund


a. To claim your refund you will need to contact us and return the product(s) and their packaging to us along with your receipt (or similar online order confirmation) and a completed returns form.


b. You can return the item(s) to us by post.


c. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.


d. The postal address for returns is set out on the returns form below.


e. Refunds will be made by cheque or BACS transfer within 14 days of receipt of a valid claim.
